Eric Jamison Holgate completed his degree at the South Carolina School of Pharmacy in 1982. In 1984, he became Augusta’s first Home Infusion pharmacist, and opened the doors to DuraMed Medical Services. In 1992, he opened the Custom Prescription Shoppe at DuraMed, providing the CSRA and surrounding communities customized prescriptions with personalized care. In 2014, his second compounding pharmacy, Custom Pharmacy, opened in Evans, GA.
Eric is an active member of the American Pharmacist Association (APhA), The Professional Compounding Centers of America (PCCA), International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists (IACP) and The Compounders Group. Over the past 25 years, Eric has focused his education on Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement for men and women and has become a leading expert in the field. Additionally, Eric has completed advanced specialty training in Nutrition, Sports Medicine, Pain Management, Endocrine, Andropause, Cosmeceutical and Veterinary compounding.
